ModularTec Engineering is a total team effort, all members working together to create a final product that meets and exceeds the expectations of their clients. Founders, Frank Ye and Lu Wang have worked in the Edmonton area for a number of years. On April 30th, 2018 the team was formed and ModularTec Engineering & Porcurement Inc. was incorporated. Our team consists of experts in the fields of Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, computer assisted design, cost estimating, inspection, and materials procurement specialists. Our company specializes in building designs, oil & gas equipment and rig structures, concrete forms and shoring structures, hydro-technical structures and all forms of certification and engineering.

Frank Ye has over 20 years of engineering experience and is the technical resources person for the firm. Frank has registered in engineering association of APEGBC, APEGA, APEGS, APEGM, and PEO. Lu Wang has over 18 years of experience as a business management experience and client accounts maintenance expertise and is an certified senior estimator and projects manager.

We are a FULL SERVICE Engineering and Procurement (EP) firm capable of handling nearly all aspects of work you may propose. In area’s where we feel uncomfortable, we hire outside consultants, such as electrical, mechanical and architects.
